Infraestruturas de Portugal partners with Native Scientists for an awareness campaign

We are proud to announce our new partnership  sharing our message of inclusive science education through 12 train stations all across Portugal.

Our mission is to broaden the horizons of children from underserved communities through our educational programmes. Inspiring them means rousing everyone. Legal guardians, teachers, communities, scientists. In that, our new partnership with Infraestruturas de Portugal has its higher meaning, as it is one of the largest transport infrastructure companies in Europe. Every day, millions of people pass through its stations and along its roads.

In a remarkable gesture of generosity and civic commitment, Infraestruturas de Portugal donated the use of their urban advertising infrastructure (specifically its MUPI units) to Native’s mission. We will spread our message across some of Portugal's busiest train stations for one dedicated fortnight, reaching thousands of people throughout their daily commuting.

The campaign will run between the 15th and the 29th of April, across the train stations of Alcântara-Terra, Algueirão, Amadora, Benfica, Braga, Cais do Sodré, Campanhã, Campolide (Galeria), Guimarães, Oeiras, Rossio, and Santa Apolónia. If you pass through any of these stations, make sure to take a photo with a MUPI and post it in your social media.

Sharing our message at the heart of Portugal's public transport network, we will inform the actual communities we serve about our programmes. It will make our work visible and remind the public that science education is not a privilege. We are grateful to Infraestruturas de Portugal for believing in our mission.
